BRAC Bank, a leading financial institution in Bangladesh, is seeking ambitious and qualified individuals to join their Retail Banking Division as Associate Manger/Manager, Credit Cards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and propose initiatives to grow the credit card business.
- Implement strategies to increase net customer growth, including attracting new customers and reducing customer churn.
- Analyze credit card portfolio trends, spending patterns, and risk segments.
- Design and execute campaigns to strengthen the card portfolio.
- Manage external franchise partners for optimal value.
- Oversee all business communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure efficient payment network management.
- Maintain product availability and manage products according to regulatory requirements.
- Develop and propose new products and improvements to existing products.
- Streamline business processes and systems for increased efficiency.
- Analyze market information and research to develop needs-based product solutions.
- Manage credit card portfolio and spearhead business development initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business from a reputable university with a strong academic record.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a relevant field.
- Understanding of key components and business drivers of debit, credit, and prepaid cards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Proactive, passionate, and results-oriented attitude.
- Extroverted personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest and highly ethically motivated individual.
- Detail-oriented.
