BRAC Bank, a leading financial institution in Bangladesh, is seeking ambitious and qualified individuals to join their Retail Banking Division as Associate Manger/Manager, Credit Cards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and propose initiatives to grow the credit card business.
  • Implement strategies to increase net customer growth, including attracting new customers and reducing customer churn.
  • Analyze credit card portfolio trends, spending patterns, and risk segments.
  • Design and execute campaigns to strengthen the card portfolio.
  • Manage external franchise partners for optimal value.
  • Oversee all business communication with stakeholders.
  • Ensure efficient payment network management.
  • Maintain product availability and manage products according to regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and propose new products and improvements to existing products.
  • Streamline business processes and systems for increased efficiency.
  • Analyze market information and research to develop needs-based product solutions.
  • Manage credit card portfolio and spearhead business development initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business from a reputable university with a strong academic record.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a relevant field.
  • Understanding of key components and business drivers of debit, credit, and prepaid cards.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical ability.
  • Proactive, passionate, and results-oriented attitude.
  • Extroverted personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Honest and highly ethically motivated individual.
